The solution for you
If you are looking for childcare in your own home  we try to find the right solution for you whether you want a professional nanny to take sole charge in your absence or just an extra pair of hands such as a parent’s help or AuPair or perhaps you would like a maternity nanny or doula  when your baby is born.  Please see the options we can provide.

How we screen candidates
The Janet White Agency has a face to face interview with all its nannies and childcarers who are in the UK

• Identity is checked with passport and/or driving licence plus other documentation including proof of address.
• Our candidates are thoroughly referenced and copies of references forwarded to you at
  the time of interview.
• Our UK candidates have an Enhanced Disclosure (police check) to work with children.
• We expect our nannies to have a current  Paediatric First Aid Certificate, checked at interview along with childcare certificates.
• AuPairs are interviewed by our Partner agents abroad and have a police check from their country.
